If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we want to know. Reach out within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of what went wrong — and we'll make it right.

Those are the only two circumstances we cover: items sent in error, and products that arrived less than whole. We're a small brand, and that honesty feels right to us.
